LM Vietnamese — Toronto nails salons are warning each other about recent gift-card fraud

Kevin Lý  It happened around 7pm on August 26th. The suspect walked in Studio Nails on Danforth ave and purchased a $100 gift card. He tried to pay in Qpay which may be a stolen card. The nails salon's owner said he entered a $200 tip by mistake on purpose and wanted his money back. The suspect asked for cash back but the salon owner refused.
